🚚 Floating Islands & Sea Tramp

We offer Free Shipping Australia-wide for our Floating Islands and Sea Tramp when delivered to a FedEx (TNT) depot or commercial address.
If there’s a FedEx depot within 30 km of your delivery address, we’ll organise collection of your float directly from that location — it’s quick, easy, and avoids the residential freight surcharge.

Got a business address? Even better — we can ship straight there at no extra cost.
Residential deliveries are still available; a small surcharge may apply depending on your location.
Please note: Remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur a small additional freight fee. We’ll contact you before dispatch if this applies.

🚚 FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149 (Australia-wide, excluding SA, WA, NT, and TAS).
Custom shipping rates apply to those excluded regions and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Under $149: Flat rate $19.95 for standard shipping (excludes SA, WA, NT, TAS; custom rates apply there).

  • Typical delivery time: 5–10 business days once dispatched. Weather or carrier delays can occasionally occur — reach out anytime at sales@floathaven.com.au

📦 Local Delivery (Port Macquarie)

Enjoy complimentary local delivery within 20 km of Port Macquarie.
Deliveries are scheduled between 8 am – 6 pm. You’ll receive a text message notification on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout.


🌍 International Orders

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Contact us sales@floathaven.com.au
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


🔍 Tracking & Order Status

Once your order is processed by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 calendar days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at sales@floathaven.com.au with your name and order number.


📮 Other Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our items.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.

Receipt is required for all exchanges and returns with no exceptions.

In case your order arrives damaged, please email us promptly at contact@floathaven.com.au with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We handle these cases on an individual basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
