Custom shipping rates apply to these regions and will be calculated at checkout

For orders under $119, a flat rate of $19.95 applies for standard shipping (excludes WA, SA, and Tasmania)
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our items

Local Delivery:
Enjoy complimentary local delivery for all orders within the Port Macquarie area. Free local delivery within 20km.
Deliveries are scheduled from 8am-6pm, You will receive a text message notification on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout.
Checking Order Status:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 calendar days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@floathaven.com.au with your name and order number for assistance.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.
Receipt is required for all exchanges and returns with no exceptions.
