Step 1: Hold one of the Float Haven straps near Float Haven button steady. You’ll only need to twist the opposite strap to straighten them out. The straps will only untwist in one direction, so if it doesn’t work at first, try holding the other button and twisting the strap in the opposite direction.

My Breeze Bag is losing its shape—what should I do?
While it’s uncommon for a Breeze Bag to lose its shape, it can happen if heavy items have been pressing on it for an extended period. To help restore its shape, try these steps:
⦁ Soak and Reshape: Soak your bag in warm water for a while, then remove it and allow it to dry. Place some heavy books inside the bag to help reshape it, making sure the bag is lying flat on its side with heavy books on side that is on ground.
⦁ Gentle Heat: Use a hair dryer on a low setting to gently warm the bag. After warming, place heavy books inside while the bag is lying flat on its side to help it regain its shape.
